Ordered on 11/11 and got it on 23/11. Everything came well packed in the box, with individual plastic bags - kalimba, case, tuning hammer, booklet, note stickers, cleaning cloth, stand and silicone stickers. The kalimba is sturdy, well made and extremely pretty. Many people complained about the weight of Kimi acrylic kalimbas, but this one is lighter. The tines are easy to reach, and the sound is so beautiful. As usual, the higher notes didn't play well, but you just have to move the tines away from each other with the tuning hammer or lower all of them a bit if you prefer. For this price, the quality is really great.

Очень красивая калимба. Все как на фото. Звучит очень мелодично, у нас есть деревянная, звуки отличаются. У этой мягче и звонче. Единственный минус у нас одно ушко потертое. До России пришла быстра за неделю, но до Калининграда шла больше двух недель.

El paquete llego en el plazo establecido, suena muy bien. Tiene algunos pequeños "desperfectos" el adhesivo que le da el efecto Rainbow tiene pequeñas burbujas y por un lado no sé llego a pegar completamente. Por lo demás todo correcto y muy contenta.

It was delivered quickly. The box was a little bit crushed. Kalimba has a few scratches (one pretty long) on the back side and one small hole on the edge but i am pleased with this kalimba. It sounds and looks delightfull.

Arrived very fast, I’m happy with the purchase. Everything as described. Very cute instrument! Better for smaller hands/fingers, as the keys are quite close to each other. Not very loud, but if you put it on a drum for eg, you can make it louder! Definitely recommend!
